Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve and our communities by ensuring the provision of quality services for individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD).

SERVICES PROVIDED
Child Services (3-17 yrs): Based upon assessment, services may include psychiatric evaluations, medication services, case management, skills training, parent skills training, counseling services, wraparound services, parent support groups, family partner services, crisis services, and youth substance use and misuse prevention. Tri County also offers intellecutal & developmental disabilities including autism.

Adult Services: Medication management, case management, psychosocial and rehabilitation and skills training, supported housing, supported employment and peer support services.

COVERAGE AREA Currently reside in Montgomery, Liberty, or Walker county

ADDRESS Conroe Main Location: 233 Sgt Ed Holcomb Blvd S, Conroe, Texas 77304 24/7 Psychiatric Crisis Center (PETC): 706 Old Montgomery Rd, Conroe, TX 77301. Open 24 hours for walk-in emergencies.

DAYS OF OPERATION Walk-in hours at the Conroe main location (non-crisis needs): Children: M-Th 8:00AM – 9:30AM, Adults: M-Th 9:30AM – 11:00AM. No walk-in for Intellectual and Development Disabilities (IDD) and Autism – intake for these is done initially by calling the routine services number and asking for the intake team
