1. Vaccines for children 18 years or younger $10.00 per vaccine per visit
2. Adults 19 years or older uninsured only $10.00 per vaccine, flu shot is $20
hepatitis A vaccine; hepatitis B vaccine; combination hepatitis Ahepatitis B vaccine; human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine; measles,
mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine; pneumococcal polysaccharide
vaccine (PPSV23); pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13); tetanus,
diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine; and tetanus-diphtheria (Td)
vaccine.
3. Sexually transmitted disease testing $25
